Maryam Al Jumaa Service Request Policy
In order to ensure that the mechanism of work is clear and the rights of all parties are preserved, please review the service request policy before completing the request.Completing the order or paying the required payment means that the customer agrees to this policy.
1. Order confirmation and payment
Confirmation of the service reservation and commencement of work shall be made after agreement on the scope and details of the project and payment of the required payment. Communication or a request for quotation is not considered a confirmed reservation for the service unless payment is made.
2. Implementation period
The duration of the implementation varies according to the type of service and the size of the project, and the expected duration is determined upon agreement. The implementation period starts after receiving the payment and all the information, content and files required from the client. The duration may change if the customer is late in submitting requirements or responding to feedback and approvals.
Project Requirements
The client is obliged to provide all information, texts, images, login data, visual identity and any other files required for the implementation of the project. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the content, data and materials he sends and has the right to use them.
4. Amendments
The service includes the agreed number of adjustments within the quotation or package details. Modification means the development or modification of the existing work, and does not include changing the idea of the project or the entire direction after its adoption. Any additional modifications or works outside the agreed scope may be charged at an additional cost after informing the client.
5. Do not change the scope of the project
In the event of adding pages, properties, designs, products, services or requirements that are not within the basic agreement, they are considered additional works and their cost and duration of implementation are determined separately.
6. Delay in responding
The progress of the project requires the cooperation of the client in sending content, credits and feedback in a timely manner. If the response is delayed, the delivery date may change and the project will be completed according to the available agenda.
7. Cancellation and Refund
After the start of work on the project, it is not possible to recover the amounts paid for the part that has been reserved or implemented from the service. In the event that the Client requests to cancel the project after the commencement, the value of the works carried out up to the date of cancellation shall be calculated in accordance with the scope of the project and the agreement.
8. Design and Approval
The design shall be implemented in accordance with the agreed requirements and orientation. When the client approves the design or a phase of the project, the approval is considered final for that phase. Any material change after approval may incur an additional cost.
9. Programming and Development Services
In programming projects, the agreed characteristics are implemented within the scope of the project. The Service does not include any external features, integrations, subscriptions or services not mentioned in the Agreement. Fees for third-party platforms, applications, plugins, hosting, domains or services are not included in the price of the service unless stipulated.
10. breakdowns and external services
Mariam Aljamaa is not responsible for malfunctions or changes caused by third party platforms, hosting companies, applications, add-ons and services, or any modifications made by the client or another party to the project after delivery.
11. Delivery
يتم تسليم الملفات أو المشروع بالشكل والصيغة المتفق عليها. ولا تشمل الخدمة تسليم الملفات المصدرية أو القابلة للتحرير إلا إذا كانت مذكورة ضمن تفاصيل الخدمة أو تم الاتفاق عليها مسبقًا.
12. مسؤولية العميل بعد التسليم
After the approval and delivery of the project, the client is responsible for maintaining access data, backups, content management, services and subscriptions associated with the project, unless there is a separate support or maintenance contract.
13. عرض الأعمال
Mariam has the right to display the project after its launch or publication within the business gallery, website and social media accounts for the purposes of displaying previous works, unless the confidentiality of the project has been agreed upon in advance with the client.
14. Communication and Agreements
The details of the quotation, the scope of work and the approved written correspondence between the parties shall be adopted as reference to determine what is included in the service. Any request not mentioned in the basic agreement is considered outside the scope of the project.
